Veteran Australian thrashers MORTAL SIN have released a new live album, "Into the Inferno (Live in Oslo)", via Riot! Entertainment. The CD, which contains the group's March 2008 performance in Oslo, Norway, is described by the band as "possibly the best live show MORTAL SIN have ever had recorded."

"Into the Inferno (Live in Oslo)" track listing:

01. Voyage Of The Disturbed
02. Blood Death Hatred
03. Lebanon
04. Deadman Walking
05. Eye In The Sky
06. Tears Of Redemption
07. I Am Immortal
08. Mayhemic Destruction

"Into the Inferno (Live in Oslo)" is being sold via the official MORTAL SINeBay store for a special price of AUD $19.99 plus postage. The first twenty people to purchase the CD through the eBay store will get a free MORTAL SIN denim patch worth AUD $8.00 and the band will autograph the CD for you.

MORTAL SIN's latest CD, "An Absence of Faith", was released in Europe in November 2007. According to a press release, the CD "is a rollercoaster ride, with enough twists and turns to jolt even the staunchest of heads. From the single 'Out of the Darkness' to the nine-minute epic 'Tears of Redemption - Lebanon Part II' — and lyrics covering everything from politics, religion, child abuse and relationships — MORTAL SIN have pulled a classic out of the hat for 2007."

Once hailed as the next METALLICA, MORTAL SIN have become legends in their home country Australia, having been inducted into the Kerrang! Heavy Metal Hall of Fame in 2005 and being the only Australian band to have played with the big five of thrash — METALLICA, SLAYER, ANTHRAX, MEGADETH and TESTAMENT — on tours in Australia and overseas.
